Can a Family Member or Authorized Representative Arrange This?
Yes. A family member, case worker, support worker, property manager or other authorized representative can contact Entrust The Care to arrange preparation assistance on behalf of a senior or resident. You do not need to be the resident yourself to make the enquiry. When contacting us, it helps to have the property address, the treatment date if confirmed, and the contractor's preparation sheet if available.
What to Have Ready When You Call
When you contact Entrust The Care, the following information is helpful: the property address and unit number; the scheduled treatment date if confirmed; the pest-control contractor's preparation sheet if you have it; any access arrangements (building entry, elevator); and a contact name and callback number. You do not need to have all of this before calling — we can work through the details together.
What About Laundry?
Bedding and clothing typically need to be laundered at high heat and bagged before treatment. If the resident cannot manage laundry independently, this can be included in the scope of preparation assistance. Confirm the specific laundry requirements with the pest-control contractor.
