Getting Started
What does Entrust The Care specialize in?+
Entrust The Care specializes in extreme cleaning, severe clutter cleanup, hoarding-related cleanup, bed bug preparation, cockroach preparation, pest control preparation, decluttering, furniture disposal, property cleanouts, vacant unit cleaning, and specialized residential preparation. We are not a general cleaning company. We work in residential environments that require a different level of experience, equipment and approach.
My home looks like one of the units in your photos. Can you help?+
Possibly, yes. The photographs are intentionally shown so customers can see the types of conditions our crews work in. If your home, apartment, a family member's property or a unit you manage looks similar, do not feel that you need to clean it before contacting us. Call Entrust The Care at 416-438-4343 or email photos to [email protected] so our team can better understand the condition and required service.
Is my property too extreme for Entrust The Care?+
You should not assume the condition is too severe before contacting our team. Entrust The Care regularly works in heavily cluttered and difficult residential environments. Contact us and describe the situation or email photos so we can assess whether we can help.
Do I need to clean before contacting you?+
No. You do not need to make the unit presentable before calling or emailing photos. Our team is experienced in assessing properties in their current condition.
Can I send photos of the property first?+
Yes. Sending photos is encouraged. Wide photos showing the overall room condition are most helpful — living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and any areas with heavy accumulation or furniture requiring removal. Do not put yourself in danger to take photographs.
Can a family member contact you for me?+
Yes, subject to appropriate authorization and access arrangements. A family member, case worker, support worker or other authorized representative can contact our team to discuss the situation and determine appropriate next steps.
Can I book online?+
No. Entrust The Care does not use automatic online booking because every property and service requirement is different. Services are arranged directly by phone or email after our team has assessed the situation.
Bed Bug Preparation
What is bed bug preparation?+
Bed bug preparation involves preparing a residential unit for pest control treatment. This typically includes furniture preparation, bagging, bedding preparation, decluttering, access restoration and coordination with the pest control contractor.
Why does a unit need to be prepared before treatment?+
Pest control contractors require units to be prepared before treatment can proceed. Preparation ensures that the treatment can reach all necessary areas and that items are handled according to the contractor's instructions. Without proper preparation, treatment may be delayed or may not be able to proceed.
Do you provide bed bug extermination?+
No. Entrust The Care provides preparation services only. The licensed pest control contractor remains responsible for the actual pest control treatment.
Can you follow my pest control company's preparation sheet?+
Yes. Entrust The Care works from preparation instructions provided by the pest control contractor and coordinates preparation requirements where necessary.
Can you prepare a heavily cluttered unit?+
Yes. Severe clutter is one of the primary reasons professional preparation may be needed. Our team is experienced in working in heavily cluttered residential environments.
Can you prepare a senior's apartment?+
Yes. Bed bug preparation can be physically demanding — moving furniture, bagging items, clearing access. Entrust The Care can assist seniors and residents who are unable to complete preparation requirements independently, according to the approved scope of work.
Do I have to throw away my bed?+
Not necessarily. Whether furniture needs to be disposed of depends on the pest control contractor's assessment and instructions. Furniture disposal should not automatically be assumed. The pest control contractor's instructions should guide the treatment process.
How much does bed bug preparation cost?+
Pricing depends on the size of the unit, the property condition, the amount of preparation required, clutter, laundry, furniture, disposal and crew requirements. A universal price does not apply. Contact Entrust The Care and email photos of the property so our team can assess the situation.
Can property managers arrange bed bug preparation?+
Yes. Property managers, building managers and housing providers can contact Entrust The Care directly to discuss a residential unit, work order and required preparation.
Extreme Cleaning
What is extreme cleaning?+
Extreme cleaning refers to cleaning services for properties in severe condition — beyond what standard cleaning companies typically handle. This includes heavily soiled surfaces, years of accumulated waste, pest-affected units and difficult residential environments that require specialized experience and equipment.
What does extreme cleaning include?+
Extreme cleaning scope may include decluttering, garbage removal, furniture removal, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, floor cleaning, wall cleaning, baseboard cleaning, property cleanout and pest preparation. Every scope is different and is assessed individually.
Can you clean a home that has not been cleaned for years?+
Yes. Entrust The Care regularly works in extensive residential conditions. Every property is assessed individually to determine the appropriate scope of work.
How long does extreme cleaning take?+
Duration depends on the severity of the property condition, the size of the property, crew requirements, disposal needs and the approved scope. Some projects require multiple days.
How much does extreme cleaning cost?+
A universal price is not appropriate because severe residential conditions vary widely. Contact Entrust The Care and email photos of the property so our team can assess the situation and provide information about the service.
Hoarding & Severe Clutter
What is hoarding cleanup?+
Hoarding cleanup involves the structured removal, sorting and disposal of accumulated belongings in a residential property where accumulation has reached a level that affects the safety, habitability or function of the space. Entrust The Care approaches this work with care and without judgment.
Do I have to throw everything away?+
No. Items are handled according to the approved scope and authorization. Entrust The Care does not dispose of items without permission from the appropriate party.
Will you throw things away without permission?+
No. Disposal is completed only according to the approved scope of work and with appropriate authorization. Our team does not make disposal decisions independently.
Can family members help decide what gets kept?+
Yes, where appropriate and authorized. Family members can be involved in decisions about what should be kept, donated or disposed of.
Can you help a senior with severe clutter?+
Yes. Entrust The Care provides respectful assistance for seniors and residents who find it difficult to manage accumulated belongings independently. We work according to the approved scope and with sensitivity to the situation.
How much does hoarding cleanup cost?+
Cost depends on the size of the property, the severity of accumulation, disposal requirements, crew size and the approved scope of work. Contact Entrust The Care and email photos so our team can assess the situation.

Are the photos on your website real?+
